Indoor Farmer is a family owned and operated business founded in 2012 with a brick and mortar store in Waterloo, Ontario Canada. We also have a rapidly growing online store that services every province and territory. Our family and our staff are passionate growers, and we use our personal gardens to constantly test new and existing products so you can be confident you are purchasing effective, quality gardening supplies.
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from our warehouse - and we are available to help or answer questions by phone, email, website chat, and social media. We do not drop ship - Indoor Farmer customers never pay duty or extra charges upon delivery, and everything that shows available on our website is in-stock and ready to ship from our warehouse.
Our mission is to provide Canadians with a curated selection of the most current gardening products and techniques. We strive to provide the best customer service available, and our staff of experienced growers educate customers on everything they need to successfully “grow their own.” We are constantly enhancing our skills and knowledge through online courses, podcasts and our personal gardens so customers can depend on us for quality advice.
