Description
Epic 6-Cell Trays are rigid, yet flexible and practically unbreakable to last the rest of your life. Made from recycled, UV-treated, and BPA-free plastic.
Engineered for Perfect Plant Growth
Each individual cell in our Epic 6-Cell Trays features an air-pruning side slot on all four corners to discourage root circling and encourage better root growth. The bottoms of each cell are also open providing air pruning at the lower end of each cell.
Convenient and Flexible
12 Epic 6-Cell Trays are designed to fit into a standard 1020 nursery tray, mimicking a classic 72-cell tray.
This design gives you the convenience of having all of your seedlings in one tray. At the same time, you can easily remove a single Epic 6-Cell Tray at a time as seedlings mature, without having to prick out individual seedlings like you would with a standard cell insert tray.
Designed With The Gardener in Mind
Large, convenient finger holes in the bottom of each cell make it easy to remove seedlings when you're ready to transplant. No more using a knife or tool to remove your plants; simply push the seedling out with your finger

How To Use Epic Starter Cells
- Fill your Epic Starter Cells with a seed-starting mix, and add just enough water to moisten the soil, but not waterlog it.
- Dig a small hole with your finger, a pencil, or a chopstick. Ensure the hole depth is not more than 3x the width of the seed.
- Drop your seeds in and lightly cover them with starting mix.
- Add a light misting of water from a spray bottle, or just enough to moisten the seeds.
- If you have some plastic wrap handy, loosely drape it over the top of the pot to promote high humidity conditions that seeds love. Poke 3-5 holes in the top of the plastic wrap for ventilation. Or use a specialized dome cover.
- Place your cells on a sunny windowsill or under a grow light, and keep the soil moist as the seeds begin to germinate. Once sprouts come up, remove the plastic wrap or dome cover.
- Keep the healthiest seedling and remove extras with a pair of scissors, being careful not to damage the healthy seedling.
- Continue to keep the soil moist as your plant grows. When it’s 3 to 4 inches tall, easily pop out your starts and transplant them in the garden.

Epic Gardening 6 cell tray
These are a must have for every gardener . Built to last a life time . This was beyond expectation purchase . Thanks to Indoor Gardener for caring them

Good and sturdy cell trays
These cell trays are very sturdy, definitely built to last for several seasons. I like that they don't have a rolled lip, so they are easy to scrub clean at the end of the season. Also, the edges of the air pruning slits are rounded, so roots are less likely to tear on them when seedlings are taken out of the cells. Since the seed starting mix I use is very fine, I feel the need to cut little squares of kraft paper (Indoor Farmer packs their goods in brown paper perfect for this purpose) to stop the large drainage hole: by the time my seedlings are ready to be potted on, the paper will have dissolved away.

Fantastic!
Speedy delivery. Product is very sturdy and will probably last me a long time. I got a lot of benefit for my dollars. I definitely recommend this product. P.S. take advantage of their delivery promo: free delivery if order is $125 or more.

Epic Gardener 6 cell seed starting trays
We have been using these seed trays for a few years now and are impressed with how they are standing up. I think they could support a truck on them. They will definitely last a long time.

Six cell Epic seed trays
This is the second year we are using these trays for starting our tomatoes, onions and peppers. We appreciate the durability and strength of these seed cell trays. They are easy to fill, seed, and water. The smooth sides make it easy to remove seedlings for transplanting.
